Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 July 2026
These terms govern use of Pagerflow, a scheduling product operated by Nurve PC ("we", "us"). By using Pagerflow you agree to these terms. Where your organization has signed a separate agreement with Nurve PC for Pagerflow, that agreement controls where it differs from these terms.
The service
Pagerflow is a scheduling tool for authorized healthcare organizations and their staff. It helps programs organize call schedules, rotations, swaps, requests, and related workflows, and view them on the web and on a phone.
Accounts and access
Access is provided to your organization's authorized staff. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify your organization's administrator or us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
- Use Pagerflow only for your organization's legitimate scheduling purposes.
- Do not attempt to access data belonging to people or organizations you are not authorized to see.
- Do not disrupt, probe, or attempt to breach the security of the service.
Duty-hour features are advisory
Pagerflow's duty-hour features estimate hours from the schedule to help programs spot risks early. They read scheduled time only and exclude clinic, holdover, at-home call, and moonlighting, so real hours are usually higher. These features are advisory. They do not certify compliance with ACGME or any other standard, and they do not replace your program's own review, logging, or attestation. Your organization remains responsible for its own compliance obligations.
No clinical or professional advice
Pagerflow is an administrative scheduling tool. It does not provide medical, legal, or professional advice, and it is not a system of record for patient care.
Availability
We work to keep Pagerflow available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We may update, change, or discontinue features.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nurve PC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of Pagerflow. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Nurve PC's place of organization, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
