Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 July 2026

Pagerflow is a scheduling product operated by Nurve PC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information Pagerflow handles and how we protect it. Pagerflow is provided to healthcare organizations (such as residency programs and hospital departments) for their authorized staff; your organization's own agreement with us governs where it differs from this policy.

Information we handle

How we use it

We use this information only to provide and operate the scheduling service for your organization: to show schedules, manage swaps and requests, send schedule notifications you opt into, and keep the service secure and reliable.

What we do not do

Sharing

Schedule and account information is visible within your organization according to the access rules your organization sets. We share information with trusted service providers (for example, cloud hosting and email delivery) only as needed to run the service, under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law.

Security and retention

We protect information with encryption in transit, hashed credentials, and access controls. We keep information for as long as your organization uses Pagerflow, and then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, unless a longer period is required by law or your agreement.

Your choices

Requests about your information should generally go through your organization's Pagerflow administrator. You may also contact us directly at support@pagerflow.app and we will work with your organization to respond.

Children

Pagerflow is a workplace scheduling tool for healthcare staff and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
